WeCopWatch Raises $5,000 For Cameras To Monitor Cop Activities

The WeCopWatch organization has raised close to $5,000 through their GoFundMe campaign to provide residents with portable cameras, in response of all the recent police brutality stories that have come to light.

So far, their efforts have allowed them to purchase 4 handheld cameras, 1 camera with streaming capability, a computer for uploading videos and 40 body cameras.

Residents of Canfield, Missouri, where Michael Brown lost his hands to overzealous cops, have been registered to receive body cameras which will be distributed upon their completion of a Copwatch and Know Your Rights training.

A great way to educate and better prepare the community to defend themselves and be treated how they deserve to be treated.
